ABOUT
Creating Clarety
Hello, great to meet you!
I am Clare - the real-life person behind Creating Clarety. As a facilitator and life coach, I am a people person. I like to hear what you have to say. Really hear what you are saying – and what your body language is telling me too! What are your challenges? What are your dreams? And how do we, together, make those aspirations REAL? Getting to know my clients and what makes them tick (and what makes their eyes roll) is key to me supporting you as we develop a measurable and attainable plan to wallop your goals out the park!
For over 20 years, I have been helping organizations and individuals do their best thinking through highly interactive and individually designed coaching that addresses their most pressing challenges. As a facilitator and coach, I’m not here to solve your problems for you, (that’s a whole other career!) I facilitate your arrival at your own decisions and answers. I am here to guide and support YOU to achieve your own goals. I provide the structure, you bring yourself, and together, we achieve meaningful results.
I have credentials that reflect my expertise and passions:
20+ years working and volunteering in the public and private sectors in Ontario and Alberta;
SHERPA Breath & Cold Facilitator (2023);
Pursuing IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitators designation (2023);
CanFitPro Personal Training Certification (2016);
Organizational Behaviour, Georgian College (2004);
Competent Toastmaster Designation, Toastmasters International (2003); and
Completed 5 marathons and many, many half marathons and 10 Ks.
“Our session was held with a group of 30 staff and by any measure it was a resounding success. On time, on point, lots of great energy in the room and positive feedback post session. Clare was a key part in this success and working with her was an absolute pleasure. She offered great ideas, collaborated on the fly and under tight timelines with the team as though we had worked together for years. It was a great experience to work with such a talented facilitator.”
