Yoga + Breath + Cold Plunging Summer Solstice Escape (afternoon)
Join me for a special afternoon of yoga, breath work, cold plunging and a heart warming reflection on Toronto Island at Toronto Island Oasis to welcome in the longest day of the year.
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city by ferrying to an oasis in Lake Ontario where nature and tranquility await. Highlights include yoga, guided breathwork, optional cold plunge and healthy snacks. We’ll wrap up our time together with a heartfelt closing ceremony with the city skyline in the distance - but your mind and body fully present and recharged.
