After selling out in May this transformative experience is back for one special day in September.

A soul-resetting escape just a short ferry ride away. Leave behind the noise, the notifications and the pressure to always “do more.” The moment you board the ferry, your journey begins not just to Toronto Island but gently back to yourself.

Join me for a rejuvenating afternoon on Toronto Island, where we’ll move through grounding yoga, conscious breathwork and an (optional!) cold plunge in nature’s embrace. Sip nourishing drinks, enjoy light snacks and take in the stillness of this sanctuary.

We’ll wrap up our time together with a heartfelt closing ceremony with the city skyline in the distance - but your mind and body fully present and recharged.

Come back to calm. Come back to clarity. Come back to you.

  • This seasonal escape blends movement through yoga, guided breathwork and cold immersion (optional) in a supportive, small-group setting. Together, we’ll welcome fall with clarity, courage and connection - freezing the chaos and breathing in peace.

  • No experience is necessary! Whether you’re new or returning, you’ll be guided with care and intention every step of the way. Come as you are - nervous, curious or excited - and we’ll meet you there.

  • Your escape is four hours long

    • Grounding welcome circle inviting you to slow down and settle into the moment

    • 60-minute yoga session

    • 45-minute breathwork session

    • Optional one-on-one cold plunge

    • Time to simply be - enjoy organic snacks, bask in the sunshine, journal or wander the island by foot or bike

    • Heartfelt reflection and closing ceremony

  • Please bring:

    • Comfortable, warm clothes

    • Blanket

    • Yoga mat

    • Water bottle

    • Sunscreen

    • Swimsuit or change of clothes (if you feel called to cold plunge)

    • Towel, warm layers and a hot water bottle (if you feel called to cold plunge)

    • Journal (optional)

    • An open mind and heart

  • The retreat is hosted at Toronto Island Oasis on Algonquin Island. You must make your way to the island prior to the start of the escape. You will receive detailed directions in advance.

  • Absolutely. Many people come solo while others bring a friend or friends. However you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and like-minded community.

  • That’s completely normal. You’ll be guided through intentional breathwork beforehand to ground your body and mind. The cold plunge is never about toughness - it’s about tuning in, listening, and doing what feels right for you. It’s always optional.

  • Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and impactful. For that reason, bookings are non-refundable. If something comes up please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you for a future session.

  • This escape is being hosted at an outdoor venue. In the event of inclement weather a decision to postpone until Sunday September 28th will be made by 5 pm on Friday September 26th.
