When you arrive you’ll be welcomed to Toronto Island Oasis - a serene, tucked-away space surrounded by nature’s calm. We’ll gather in a grounding welcome circle before moving into a gentle 60-minute yoga session led by Sierra Day, owner of Toronto Island Oasis. Flow and stretch on her beautiful outdoor deck, releasing tension and reconnecting with your body.
Next settle into a 45-minute guided somatic breathwork session. I’ll guide you to quiet your mind, open your heart and invite more calm and clarity than you may have felt in months.
For those feeling adventurous, you’ll have the chance to explore your edges with an optional, one-on-one guided cold plunge. I’ll be right there with you - holding your hand (literally and figuratively) as you step into the cold, activating your nervous system and discovering your own inner strength.
Between activities you’ll have time to simply be - enjoy organic snacks and warm drinks prepared by Sierra Day Nutrition, relax on the deck, soak up the sun, journal or wander the island by foot or bike. No schedule. No pressure. Just space to exhale.
We’ll wrap up our time together in a heartfelt closing circle, with the city skyline shimmering in the distance but your mind and body will be fully grounded in the present moment.

This seasonal escape blends movement through yoga, guided breathwork and cold immersion (optional) in a supportive, small-group setting. Together, we’ll welcome fall with clarity, courage and connection - freezing the chaos and breathing in peace.

No experience is necessary! Whether you’re new or returning, you’ll be guided with care and intention every step of the way. Come as you are - nervous, curious or excited - and we’ll meet you there.

The retreat is hosted at Toronto Island Oasis on Algonquin Island. You must make your way to the island prior to the start of the escape. You will receive detailed directions in advance.

Absolutely. Many people come solo while others bring a friend or friends. However you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and like-minded community.

That’s completely normal. You’ll be guided through intentional breathwork beforehand to ground your body and mind. The cold plunge is never about toughness - it’s about tuning in, listening, and doing what feels right for you. It’s always optional.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and impactful. For that reason, bookings are non-refundable. If something comes up please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you for a future session.
