A peaceful pause from the never-ending to-do list, work calls and our everyday stresses. The moment you step onto the ferry your journey begins - not just to Toronto Island but back to yourself.

Once you arrive you’ll be welcomed to Toronto Island Oasis - a serene space tucked away from the chaos of the city. We’ll gather in a grounding welcome circle followed by a gentle 45-minute yoga session led by Sierra Day, owner of Toronto Island Oasis, on her outdoor deck to stretch out the tension and reconnect with your body.

Next, I’ll guide you through a 30-minute breathwork session designed to quiet your mind and create space for calm – something many of us don’t get enough of these days.

And for those ready to explore their boundaries, I’ll be offering optional one-on-one guided cold plunges. I’ll be right there with you - holding your hand (literally and figuratively) as you lean into this powerful, energizing experience.

In between, enjoy nourishing organic snacks, soak up the sun on the deck, journal or take a walk or bike ride around the island - no schedule, no pressure, just time to be.

We’ll wrap up our time together with a heartfelt closing ceremony with the city skyline in the distance - but your mind and body fully present and recharged.

You’ll leave this retreat feeling rested, reconnected and more you than you’ve felt in a long time.
